Why do schools bother with two/three months of summer? As an lonely introvert, it's just me sitting and twiddling my thumbd until the school year begins. Why can't they just make it two weeks of summer and six school days instead of five? Maybe then America wouldn't be one of the most stupidest nations. Also, it's easier for students to forget the material they learnt over the summer if it's long like a month and forcing teachers to reteach students on prior material only wastes valuable educational resources.
